PAYMENT, CANCELLATION & REFUNDS:
The following applies to both 1-2 night casino and 1 day tours:
Payment due 14 days prior to departure
Time prior to Departure/Penalty:
10 days or More Full Cash Refund
9-3 days to departure = 50% *
2 days or less 100%

* Refund will be in the form of a gift certificate to be used on future trips.

Multi- Day Tours
Extended tour payment due in full at least 90 days prior to departure unless otherwise noted on itinerary:

90 Days or less refund based on refundable costs**
This is based on contracts we sign for tours.
**If a tour has non-refundable costs (example: Theater Tickets, Meals, Hotels Etc.), the non-refundable amount will be charged in addition to the charges shown in the schedule above. Refunds will be issued in the week following the return of the scheduled trip.

Cancellation Protection
On extended trips we suggest that you purchase the cancellation insurance offered with that trip. This insurance protects you from otherwise non-refundable costs (Insurance must be purchased at the time of deposit registration)

Policy cost is non-refundable.

On overnight tours: If your accommodations change because your roommate(s) cancel(s) (even if at the last moment or while on tour), it becomes necessary to charge you the higher rate since the motels make no allowances and pass the added cost on to us.
